Final scope, pricing, and timelines for any project are confirmed in a written quote or agreement after measurement and material selection, and before work begins. Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer.

3. Payment

Fees for installation are as set out in your quote or agreement with us. A deposit may be required before fabrication or installation begins, with the balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling & access

You are responsible for providing access to the project site at the scheduled installation time and for ensuring the area is reasonably prepared (for example, cabinets emptied) unless otherwise agreed. Delays in access or preparation may affect project timelines.

5. Materials & natural variation

Natural stone products such as granite, marble and quartzite have natural variation in color, pattern and veining. Final slabs may differ from samples or photos shown during consultation, and this variation does not constitute a defect.

6. Warranty

Installation workmanship is covered under the warranty terms specified in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as quartz) are passed through to you as provided by the manufacturer.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for fabrication already in progress, are specified in your project agreement.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in a signed project agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitchen Connection will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
